Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for an Exchange or Refund:
- Requests for exchange or refund must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The cushion must be returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Customized products (specific colors, sizes) are not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
2. Exchange Process:

- The cost of returning the original product is the responsibility of the customer. Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will proceed to ship the new desired cushion.

- Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

- Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, except for orders of custom-made cushions and "Out of Stock" cushions which are generally prepared and shipped within 10 business days after receipt of payment.
- Once your order has been shipped, delivery time varies depending on your location:
- National Standard Delivery : 5 to 7 business days depending on the item chosen
- National express delivery : 2 to 3 working days depending on the item chosen
- International delivery : 7 to 14 working days, depending on the country of destination and the item chosen
2. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the status of your delivery in real time.
3. Delivery costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination. The total amount will be clearly indicated at the time of validation of your order.
- For domestic orders over €200, standard delivery is free .
- Express delivery options may be available for an additional charge.
